Company Info

Custom Seafood Processors, Inc. (dba Custom Seafoods) began in 1994 as a small family owned business to process, package, and freeze sport-caught fish primarily for visiting tourists.  The company incorporated and moved to a new leased location in 1996.  The following ten years brought continued growth with greater exposure and improved customer success.  We also expanded our services to include smoking and wild game processing.

Custom Seafoods reached a major milestone in 2006 when we custom designed and moved into a new 12,000 sq.ft. facility on the Kenai Spur Hwy in Soldotna, Alaska.  The modern, start-of-the art building includes all the equipment necessary for quality and efficient processing, freezing, and packaging of fish and meat products.

In May of 2016, Custom Seafoods was acquired by Kahtnuht’ana Development Corporation, a federally chartered tribal business corporation wholly owned by the Kenaitze Indian Tribe.  Under the new management, we plan to continue providing sport fish and wild game processing services, growing our retail operations, and offering custom seafood processing services to the commercial sector.
