Shipping policy

Seafood products are perishable items that must be kept frozen and refrigerated prior to their consumption. In order to guarantee product safety and quality, we only ship within the United States. We utilize UPS Next Day Air and FedEx Overnight services for express delivery. We currently ship packages Monday-Thursday to avoid weekend deliveries when customers are frequently away and may not be able to pick up their package in a timely manner. For greater savings on shipping, lower product prices, and to minimize thawing of frozen items during transport, we encourage all frozen orders to be at least 5 lbs. Due to shipping limitations, we must have a physical delivery address for meat and seafood deliveries. PO Box delivery options are not currently available.

Orders of non-perishable items are typically shipped using U.S. Postal Service Priority flat-rate boxes or UPS Ground, which are often the least expensive ways to ship from Alaska.
